Single room near Grove Park, females only

Suitable for any females older than 28 and veggie/vegan. Happy to eat vegan at home preferred. You would be living with 1 couple (30 year olds) and 1 other female (27 yo). Not suitable for working from home. Home share - 1 single room available - £470 per month including bills. Bills include energy, council tax, water, wi-fi broadband, tv licence, house insurance.

I prefer to rent to vegetarian or vegan women, for females who seek a nice home in a safe area. The accommodation is of a high standard.

About the room:
Single bedroom, includes bed with storage and wardrobe.

Shared bathroom includes full bath and shower.

Use of: kitchen and garden. Usual facilities - oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, induction hob (all new appliances), plus plates & bowls, mugs, glasses. cutlery/pots and pans. Easy parking outside the house.

About the house:
The house is in a quiet street in a nice location, opposite a park and near local shops. Lidl 10 mins walk, Grove Park station 15 mins walk through a nice park.

It's a friendly, clean and happy place to live, a place you can call home straight away. I have two lovely cats here called Whiskey and Shandy!

About the location:
Good transport links, close to Grove Park ZONE 4 - you can walk in 10-15 mins through the park opposite the house or just get the bus up the road. (Train is 13 mins to London Bridge, 24 mins to Charing Cross/Cannon Street). Bromley South ZONE 5 bus ride away (16 mins Victoria).

Local buses go to Lewisham, Elephant & Castle, Eltham, Bromley.

Bromley offers many restaurants, bars, a good theatre, cinema, large shopping centre and high street with good shops all within walking distance. There is also a new gym and tenpin bowling alley.
