Hello, I am looking for a professional to rent a room too. I live in a three bed semi and wish to rent one room only, so there will be two people only in the house. I will require full documentation, identification, references, bank statements.
As this is my home I would need to know that you understand and respect that and act accordingly.
It's a fully modern home as the pictures show, clean and kept up.
I would ideally like Monday to Friday only, but can do 7 days if required.
Initial rent period six months, and will consider short term lets.
