The Location/Local Amenities: The property is situated in Bromley (BR2), close to Bromley Common Bus Garage. It's a desirable location, set close to Locksbottom Village with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops and and a short bus ride or 15 minute walk to the Princess Royal Hospital. There are also a number of parks nearby. The local shopping centre (The Glades) is a 10-minute bus ride.

Excellent Transport links: Bromley Bus Garage is around e corner, from here there are with numerous buses going to Bromley South and Orpington train stations, from where there are fast trains directly into London Victoria Charing Cross and London Bridge. From experience it is very convenient, you can choose either depending on what time you decide to leave to get into central London and both are very quick. The bus to either Bromley or Orpington takes 10-15 minutes front door to station. Quicker than within most places within walking distance of a station, with two to choose from, and drier than walking too!
