We have a large double room available from the 15th of June in a four bedroom house on Westgate Court Avenue. The room is furnished with a new bed, new mattress, large chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk and 2 bedside tables.

The house has two toilets, a bathroom and a separate shower. There is large lounge/ dining room, a spacious kitchen, utility room and good sized garden.

We are a pretty 20 minute walk away from the University of Kent, and 20 minutes from the city centre. There is a large garage and driveway available for use if you have a car or bicycle.

The rent here includes all the bills at the average rate we have paid this year, taking the energy crisis into account and council tax. Rent for the room alone is £320 per month. A deposit of £200 is required.

We are looking for housemates who are considerate, relatively tranquil, and who would be happy to be part of the household and share the occasional meal or cup of tea. We also live with a friendly medium size dog.
