Double room in central Canterbury

Hi. I'm looking for a lodger to take the spare bedroom in my flat. It's a 2-bed first-floor apartment in central Canterbury. It's tucked down a quiet side street, away from the traffic & tourists, but still just a short walk from the high street, bus station, and both train stations.

The bedroom is a double, furnished and a reasonable size. The photos show the room without a desk or chair, although I can provide them if needed. You'd also have your own bathroom (or shower room, rather) across the hall.

A bit about me - I'm 32, self-employed and looking into postgraduate study next year. I'd like to think I'm fairly easy going and approachable. Sociable but not really a party person. Clean and tidy, but not obsessively so.

I'm looking for a flatmate who's fairly tidy & considerate. Someone who'll treat the place like their own home. Either a professional or a postgraduate/mature student. Ideally a vegetarian or vegan - it'd be great to share a meal occasionally.
