IMPORTANT: WE ARE MOVING OUT OF THE PROPERTY AROUND MID AUGUST, SO ROOM ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL THEN.
We are a couple and we have 1 room to rent in our home in Harbledown, Canterbury. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, there is a bus stop nearby as well as a local shop. Morrisons is 20 min walking away.
The house would be shared with the two of us and our two dogs (really easy going and friendly).
The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a desk. Wifi, electricity, gas, council tax and water included in rent. No tv license. No agency fees, £250 deposit. Our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and shower-room.
Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay at least three months. Only vegan food in the house. Pets welcome. No parties every weekend. No smoking tobacco in the house.
