Excellent double room in a decent sized hourse

This is a lovely house share for post-graduate students, giving one the space and atmosphere to live comfortably during your stressful studies!

Frankly, this place is a bargain and I am only leaving because my studies have finished and I am leaving Canterbury, otherwise I would have stayed!

House details:

The room:

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two chest of drawers, a desk and a cupboard. It gets decent light during the day and is warm during the winter.,

Bathroom:

The house has one bathroom (shower/bath) and a separate toilet. It's a very convenient arrangement.

Kitchen:

An extremely spacious kitchen with a brand new hob and a reasonably new oven. Plenty of cupboard space and big enough for more than one person to cook at once.

Living room:

Spacious living room with sofas, dining table. coffee table and a book shelf

Garden:

Lovely and peaceful garden that is big enough to relax in. Great place to unwind.

Bills:

Bills are not included in the price, but even during the most expensive period (winter), the total amounts to 390-400pcm. Even less in the winter.

This is still cheaper than a lot of places on the Canterbury market. There's no catch, it's just one of those lucky finds on the market where the landlord charges a fair price.

Highly recommended for a viewing. It is with great regret that I am leaving this place.
