Hello! We are two PhD students (1st year and 3rd year) looking for a housemate. We've found a three-bedroom house near the intersection of Station Road West and North Lane and require a third housemate before we can sign the lease, which starts on 31 August 2019 and runs until 30 August 2020.
We're two international PhD students who value a clean, quiet, and friendly home. We're looking for a postgraduate student or professional with similar values.
The house is two stories with an updated kitchen with washer, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The available room is a small double - it currently has a single bed, but a double bed can be moved in upon request.
Utilities are NOT included, and the landlady requires letters to have a UK-based guarantor. Please get in touch if this sounds like a good fit. I'm happy to send along some photos of the room and property!
