We have a fully furnished flat with a spare room, located in a calm area in Canterbury. It is only a short walk away from the town centre, Canterbury West train station with fast trains to London, and bus station to University of Kent which takes about ten minutes to arrive on campus.

The room includes a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The room is an en-suite with a shower, toilet and sink. Inside the flat there are also a spacious shared living room and kitchen with a washing machine.

The current tenants are both second year Film students at UKC with a passion for cooking and music.

Bills are not included, they are split between the occupants. They are done through Huddle, who offer packages with water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi at the price of £80.43 a month.

Available to sign contract immediately, with the room becoming available in time for the first term of university in September. Half-rent during July and August.
