This is a well-maintained and well insulated mid-terrace house, which is about 10-15 minutes walk to the University. It is a few minutes walk to a well-stocked general store and local bus stop. There is security lighting to the front and rear of this cosy property. You don't need to bother about gardening and external window cleaning as this included in the rent.
Half rent is charged during July and August.
There is good access to broadband and internet available. The kitchen was recently refurbished and new flooring throughout downstairs.
The house has gas central heating and an electric shower in the bathroom.
The current students finish their courses, this summer, so they are moving on. Two new students form UKC will be taking on the two larger rooms for the next academic year. This leaves the two smaller rooms, still free, one is upstairs and one is downstairs.
The landlord/letting agent would prefer to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement but the landlord is also happy to be contacted by individual students that are not yet part of a group.
