20 minutes walk from the centre of Canterbury is a pretty bungalow with a bus stop outside the house and a Sainsbury 3 minutes walk away. Christ Church University is at the bottom of the road and a park and ride at the top. There is an large garden, and a garage in which you can put a bike, or other equipment for safety.
Complete renovation finished a year ago on 1960s bungalow where each bedroom now has its own bathroom with underfloor heating for the cold winter months. Beautiful big country kitchen and large sitting room with TV and wood burner fire. Throughout downstairs is pine wood flooring.
There is a separate laundry and a cleaner comes for communal area cleaning. The house is finished to a high standard, very dry and extremely practical to live in.
