The rent will be £595 for the double room on the second floor and £615 for double room in the loft as it is a little larger, if you are a couple it would be £635 as the bills will be higher. this includes all bills such as council tax, internet, water, electricity and gas.

Alongside the spacious double bedrooms there is a large bathroom shared with the couple currently living at the property, a generous sized living room with large flat screen TV, separate dining room with 7 seat dining set, modern kitchen, a nice garden and summer house ideal for BBQs, a sun trap for relaxing and a great place to entertain.

You would be sharing with 2 others, 1 person in the other double room and myself the live in landlord. I am easy going and work at the university, I travel overseas for work for 30 weeks of the year and also spend alot of time in London so you nad the other housemate would really have the house to yourselves.
