Large double loft bedroom with ensuite

This spacious double furnished bedroom is in a converted loft space and has an ensuite shower room. It's a great place to escape to after a long day catching the sun in the afternoon and has great views over the roof tops. On the ground floor where you come into the hall is the modern bathroom and cosy lounge. On the lower ground floor is the kitchen/diner, another sitting area and double doors to the sunny garden, which has a patio and lawned area, a shed and rear access to the gated alley which comes out onto the street. As there is a cat flap in the back door we'd be happy for you to have a cat. If anyone is particularly musical we might be able to get a piano for the lounge.
Parking is free and unrestricted on street, broadband WiFi is included. Buses are nearby. It's a 20min walk to the station, and a short but uphill walk to the hospital. The town is close by, it's handy to walk there rather than drive.
Bills are included, we're looking for a working person, student considered, refences and deposit are required.
