Friendly house share central Chatham

Hi this house share is available now.

15 mins walk from station and town, fairly quiet road and free on-street parking outside, friendly coop shop just around the corner. All bills and internet included.

We have freesat recorder in the lounge Freeview connections and tv's in all rooms, the three bedrooms are upstairs, there is a large shared lounge/dining room downstairs. Washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher and lots of kitchen appliances. The garden has a bbq hammock, patio, grass, washing lines and shed.

The house is a 1920s style terrace and the room is the smaller one at the back about 3.5Mx2M you will have other space in the house and there is a loft. The room is furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, very comfy latex mattress that is just larger than a single and TV. or you are welcome to bring your own furniture.

The two current housemates are fun people with busy professional jobs, they are into the outdoors, walking kayaking etc., They sometimes share meal making and socialising, always share laughs.

We are looking for a person who is easy going and tidy, no drugs, pets or smoking. Female preferred but depends on the person, you must be able to meet the other housemates or go on skype/facetime before moving in.

You will be working full time/ full time student, help with cleaning when house needs cleaning and get on well with other housemates (who are both lovely).
