Lovely large loft room with ensuite - short term

Hi,

We are Jack and Els, we have bought a house in Cheriton 😊. It's just a 5min walk from Folkestone west Station and just a hundred meters from the local shops and restaurants on Cheriton high street.

The house itself is great, nice big living room with loads of comfy seating, dining room with table, the kitchen is big and very well equipped with an awesome range cooker and all the mod cons including dishwasher. There is a decent size garden which is a nice place to hang out in the summers.

The room for rent is on the top floor, it's a good size with a super king bed and loads of built-in storage, there is an ensuite bathroom, it does have a little shower over the bath, but if you want a proper shower there is one on the first floor.

As for internet, TV etc. We have Virgins top package, so fast internet and all the channels, sports and movies.

As for us, we are sociable, chilled out and love making new friends, and hanging out with a drink or watching a movie in the evening. We also have a little Shiba Inu, he is so cute and such a good boy! If you like dogs you will love him.

Room is £600pcm incl all bills. If you are a couple we are happy to have you, but the price for a couple is £750 pcm. Parking is free on our street.

Please note, the room is only available from late June to late Oct.
