Full use of kitchen ie fridge/freezer, cooker, etc. You would have your own kitchen cupboard and shared fridge freezer.

Dishwasher and washer/dryer included.
Wifi, NOWtv and Netflix and all other bills included.

10 minutes walk from Elmstead Woods station which can take you to Lewisham (13mins), London Bridge (17 mins), Waterloo East (22mins), Charing Cross (28mins) or Cannon St (32mins).

Ideal for connection to London Underground stations, Canary Wharf, City of London and West End with the last train being 12.50 AM from Charing Cross.

Nearby stations also include Chislehurst, Bickley, Mottingham and Bromley South.
Also, only 15 minutes from Junction 3 of the M25.

Flat is located 5 minute drive from Chislehurst high street and shopping centre, and also 15 mins from Bromley high street.

There is on road parking but not allocated. I do have a cat so it will not be suitable if you also have a pet.
