Room for rent in family home in Chislehurst BR7

Hi, I am a single Mum with 3 children aged 7, 9 and 12. We have a spare room in our family home which we previously used for au pairs but we are now looking to rent it out.

We have one dog, 5 cats, 2 ferrets, and chickens in the garden. We love animals and you will definitely need to love them too! However your room will be an animal free zone.

The house is pretty busy and hectic but the room itself is downstairs set at the back of the house in an extension it is quite in there and pretty secluded from the rest of the house.

There is space for one car on the drive & some storage space in the garage.

The room is big and has a single bed, bedside cabinet, sofa, desk, tv unit, wardrobe and chests of drawers. There is no seperate bathroom so you will have to share the family bathroom.

The house is literally less than a minute from Chislehurst high street and it's shops, bars, restaurants, library, ponds etc. Elmstead Woods train station is a 20 min walks away and gets to London Bridge in 30 mins.
