This accommodation will suit a responsible person who likes to just quietly get on with their own life, doing their own thing.

Bills are included (council tax, broadband, utilities) and judging by what some people are charging it seems like very good value for money to me!!
On-street parking, never a problem. Large garden with pretty flowers.
