Double Room En-Suite in beautiful rural location

Double room with private bathroom available at our lovely rural home.

We are in a beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath house in quiet country location on a private lane surrounded by woodland but not too isolated - plenty of friendly neighbours around us.

However you will need a car to get around.

We have cozy woodburners in the winter and a sunny conservatory and huge garden in the summer.

The room is on the ground floor and is a large double with its own private bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. This is quite separate from the rest of the house so you would have your own space.

Sharing with educated professional woman 50 and a bouncy 12 year old boy who is good natured and full of fun. He spends some weekends with his dad.

I work from home mainly and need a quiet house during the day and on some evenings.

Plenty of space in the house, with a kitchen diner, living room & conservatory. All mod cons, Internet, Sky TV/Netflix etc with a large garden/woodland and numerous lovely walks nearby. 5 minute drive from Cranbrook centre and 10 minutes from Staplehurst.

We are a relaxed household, and we really enjoy having a lodger when there is a good fit. Happy to share the living space and kitchen etc, nobody stands to attention in our house, but we do like our sleep and prefer quiet after 10 especially during the school term.

We don't have a dog but we do have a friendly cat. There will be other kids around with my son some evenings and during school holidays.
