We are receiving a large amount of messages regarding our houseshare, please read the advert and then if interested respond with a little about yourself... "hi, is the room available" is unlikely to receive a response. We are taking viewings, but the property never remains on here for long.

A fully licenced HMO, and compliant with the HMO requirements. Although there is fire extinguishers and break glass equipment around the house, it has been done in a way to retain a homely look.

The house is my home and I live here, the HMO status is in order to be compliant with government legislation, however, there is ample communal space and the house is very sociable.

The house has many chill out zones, a games room with a competition standard pool table, multiple board games, plenty of books to get lost in... or absorb yourself on the PS4 VR.

If you are a keen cook, you will not be disappointed with the top of the range fully equipped kitchen.

The living room has a large screen tv with deep soft leather sofas to relax on whilst watching NOW, Netflix and prime. There's a sofa bed for guests who wish to visit.

It's a 15min walk to the town centre and train station. Bluewater is a short bus ride away.

We have a extremely friendly spoodle (dog) named Loki.

We are looking for someone who is chilled, sociable, clean and respectful. The price is, in my opinon, very good value for all you get... however, the price is flexible for the right person. This house is not just a room rent, it is a home. Most housemates stay for long periods, which must say something. The housemates are a tolerant bunch who respect views and beliefs from different cultures and are positive towards LGBTQ+. As money is not the most important thing, the rent is flexible, but it is an expensive house to run.
