New flatmate needed for large 2bed/2bathroom flat

Due to unforseen circumstances i am looking for a new flatmate by the 30th of september for a movein date of the 1st of november as my current flatmate is having to move out.

The flat is nicely decorated, spacious and in a great area.
It is a 2 bedroom/2bathroom flat shared with 1 other person so having your own space is not a problem.
The Shared areas are a great space for socialising with an open plan kitchen/kounge that is fully furnished with anything required. The kitchen has a large double american fridge and plenty of cupboards so space is no issue. There is also a 4 seater dining table and the lounge includes a coffee table, TV stand with a 40" 4k TV with EE, Netflix, Now TV & Amazon prime which is all free to use. Along with two 3 seater sofas it is a great place to chill out in the evening.

The bedroom that is up for grabs is of a good size. It does come unfurnished other than two large double wadrobes which you can get rid of if not wanted, but they are in great condition with plenty of storage. As well as this there is a smaller built in wadrobe that means even more storage!
There would also be majority use of the main bathroom, except for any guests over this bathroom is 100% yours to use as i have my own ensuite.

I am looking someone who is wanting to find a place that they can call theirs, without having a larger flat share where there are 5-6 people all trying to live around eachother, i need someone to live along side.
I work quite long hours so i am out of the flat at 6.30am and normally not back till around 7pm and i mainly come in, cook and then off to my room although i do occasionally use the lounge to watch films or socialise.

The flat is located in good location to get into central london as bexley station is only a 30 minute walk down the road, or Dartford station is a 15 minute bus ride and then 40 minutes on the train to Charing Cross.
It is located in a very green area between Dartford & bexley which is very quiet in the evenings yet at a very secure location.

If you do drive you will be getting your own allocated parking space behind a gated car park, and if you ever have guests visiting there is plenty of free parking around the building.

I am looking for someone of a similar age to me but i am open to any age as long as i get on with you. I would prefer to have someone who is wanting to find their home for the next 1-2 (or more!) years if possible.

Viewing is definitely recommended to get a real feel of the space available for this kind of money as a flat like this will not come up often.

Please note: The tenancy agreement is going through an Estate agents so a minimum term of 6 months is agreed. This does mean that depending on situation a gaurantor may be required (Please be aware of this before contacting).
