Lovely double rooms available in a house share

We currently have three lovely furnished double rooms available now. The home is in a Prime Location near the heart of Dartford.

All bills are included and NO DEPOSIT required!

Sharing with 4 housemates and there are 5 rooms in total.

The rooms come fully furnished to make you feel at home. Our kitchen is kitted out with utensils, pots and pans, cups, plates, etc. to get you started, although you are very welcome to bring your own items.

Our house is on Saxon road, Dartford and it has SUPER FAST BT Broadband so you can stream videos at ease. Bills are all inclusive in the price, so no need to worry about putting money aside.

There are two large bathrooms, one is a both with a shower, bath and WC.

We supply a professional cleaner every 2 weeks and they will clean all the communal areas only. But if you wish for her to help with your room, she can for an extra charge.

We, in return, are looking for sensible, professional, social housemates to share the house.

There is a local bus stop which takes you directly into Dartford town centre. and it is just 3.1 miles away.

9 minutes (2.5 miles) from Dartford train station.

The house is 4 miles away from Darent Valley hospital and 15 min drive (6.1 mi) to Bluewater Shopping Centre.

3.9 miles away from Crayford.

5.7 miles away from Bexleyheath.
