We have a Beautiful/Newly built flat available for rent close to the heart of Dartford, close to Grammar Schools and close to Dartford Train Station for city workers (trains to Charing Cross, Cannon Street and London Bridge.

We are looking for long term tenants who are looking to make it a home and respectful of each other. The house is unfurnished (save for the two double bed frames) and immediately available. Please note that bills are not included and you will need to arrange your own utilities.

As part of the screening process we would like to see proof of employment, salary regularly going into your bank account and consistent payments to your previous/current landlord. There are no hidden agent fees etc.
Please let me know if you have any questions and we are negotiable on most things.

If you are interested in the flat, please can you send some detail on the following:

- What is your profession?
- How long would you be looking to rent the property?
- How many people will be living in the property?

Ideally we would like to rent the whole flat but sharing is also an option so if you can find someone then great or we will suggest people to pair up with (based on other people who show interest).
