Mon-Fri Let, Private Bathroom 5min Walk to Station

**Monday - Friday only**

I’m renting a room in my two bedroom flat midweek only. Ideally aimed at professionals working on a hybrid arrangement, or students who return home at weekends.

The flat is under a 10 minute walk to Dartford Station with great links into the City, including the Elizabeth line from Abbeywood.

Please note that I don’t have a parking space available, though there is payable parking opposite the flat for £5 per day.

There is a Co-Op and M&S Simply Food nearby, as well as a Snap Fitness gym just at the other end of the development. Dartford Town Centre is also just a 10 min walk away where you can find supermarkets, retail shops, pubs, bars and restaurants.

The room is a double, the bed can be set as a double or a single as you prefer. The room has a desk and chair, mini wardrobe, storage space and a TV with Freeview. You will have sole access to the main bathroom while you stay which has a bath and shower.

I have full fibre wi-fi.

For each new lodger I replace bedding with a new set and sheets, though you’re also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

I provide kitchen cupboard, fridge and freezer space as well as your own plate/bowl/glass set. Welcome to use my cutlery and utensils or bring your own.

I work from home on Fridays and travel into the City Monday-Thursday. I’m an easy going, approachable person who respects privacy and expects the same in return - happy to give you your space though also happy to have a chat after a long day in the office!
