The room is situated on the top floor of the house a shared bathroom on the middle floor, this is shared with myself. I also have an en-suite which I am happy for you to use. I have 2 small dogs so an animal lover is a must as you will be greeted daily by them. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac 5 mins from the beach and 10 walk to town, there is ample parking too.
