20 minute walk to the beach. 10 minutes to the countryside.

I am looking for someone quiet, clean and easy going.
No big drinkers or party goers. No late nighters. Looking for absolute honesty in a person to share my home.

I live on my own with Buddy my cockapoo so you will need do be dog friendly as he is very people oriented 😀.

The room has a desk should you require somewhere to study/work.

Own fridge and cupboard space, use of kitchen. Shared bathroom, but just with myself but I keep it spotlessly clean.

Full time working female or female student preferred.
No couples. This is for a single person only.
