English working family have a spare room to rent. We are located very close to Maidstone Hospital and 25min walk from Maidstone town centre. Furnished Double room with bills and Wi-Fi included. Shared use of Bathroom, Kitchen and living room, we can also prepare evening dinner at additional cost if required. Please be aware that we do have a small dog and cat who also reside with us, so an animal lover is essential.
