My previous housemate has just moved away for a new job and I am looking for someone to take their place asap. The house is on a quiet street with permit parking (£40 a year) and is within ten minutes walk of the train station which has a direct line to London. Sky TV and broadband are installed in the house. All bills are included in the rent. I am a teacher so keep pretty regular hours and I am a fairly quiet and easy-going person. The room is unfurnished but I do have a single bed frame and mattress in storage along with shelving if required.
