Peaceful Room for rent

There is option of a wardrobe, chest of drawers, lamp and a bedside table. A double bed is provided, and can be removed if needed.

Alternatively you can choose to have your own furniture, and I can remove the furniture outlined for this room.

Property has a toilet off of the kitchen, and one in the bathroom. Property has lots of spare room, so you can fit extra stuff if needed.

Speedy Internet and great location to Tesco, town and the 5min to train station. Plenty of cupboard space in kitchen.

Nice house. No fuss. Vibe is - peaceful, homely - with hard working occupants (me).

I am an easy-going individual and a NHS worker, so need a person who understands the importance of noise control regarding early shifts.
I like to do all the ordinary stuff - cook, workout, Netflix and Chill. Scroll endlessly on my phone, make NY resolutions and not keep them.
No party people.
Would prefer to live with a female, but all considered.
I can be socialable but also appreciate if someone needs space and less interaction.
