Self contained annex with kitchen and en-suite

The self contained annex is set away from the main house so is very private with its own private access.
Contains a fully equipped kitchen area, living area with log burning stove, en-suite with large shower and bedroom area above.

I can provide it furnished, part furnished or empty depending on your needs.
Off street private parking is included for one vehicle next to the annex.

I live in the main house and work away a lot.

You are welcome to use the good sized garden.

I'd like an easy going professional for this unique space.
I'm happy to discuss pets, depending on what it is and the size.
I'm happy to allow couples but for a couple there would be a small increase in the price.

The annex has recently been built so it's brand new and I'd like somebody who is happy to keep it clean and look after it as far as is reasonable.

I'm happy to consider short term lets up to around 6 months with the potential to continue for longer. I'm happy to discuss the rental term based on what works for you.
