Beautiful, Beamed, high vaulted ceiling cottage, with inglenook fireplace, sharing with me, the owner.

The cottage is a light airy contemporary space, with a front garden, gated driveway with secure parking and a large gravel courtyard and grassed back garden with fruit trees.

The large bedroom is fully furnished, with a 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, king size bed, chaise lounge, hanging space and several chest of drawers.

The bathroom is very large with a large rolltop bath, situated in the middle of the bathroom with shower attachment.
Please note: There is no seperate shower, only a shower attachment on the bath.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge are shared with me, all of which are fully equipt.

Although your bedroom and en-suite bathroom are large, the cottage itself is not, so therefore not suitable for couples or those wanting their partners to visit.

It is a Village location, within an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the cottage itself is in a Conservation area.

It is a 3 minute drive by car into Faversham.

Train from Faversham to London Victoria, One hour ten minutes, Bullet train to St. Pancreas fifty minutes. Canterbury 20 minutes by car. Ashford 20 minutes by car.

This is a quiet house and not a party house.

I am looking for a clean, neat and tidy person.

I have two labrador dogs.

They do not roam the shared areas of the cottage as they spend most of their time in the garden and in my section of the cottage, which has a seperate entrance into the cottage from the garden.

This would suit a person looking for beautiful, top notch accommodation.

This situation would not be suitable for someone wishing to work from home.
