We are a professional couple with a large double room to rent. The house is a 5 minute walk away from Faversham station and the town centre.
We have both held jobs, requiring a DBS clearance, and we are looking for a sensible, friendly housemate, currently in employment/study.
The room we have available is the master bedroom (16ft x 11ft) It is furnished and includes a double bed.
You will be sharing the living areas and bathroom with us, so you will need to be clean and tidy.
We also own a small friendly dog so you would have to be happy with pets.
Free parking is available on part of the road in which we live.
A good reference would be required.
