The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

We are a professional couple and a lovely very friendly 6 year old Labrador called Jam and a cat called Grayson. Our pets will never go in your room unless invited.

I'm an Artist and a Lecturer and my husband is a Librarian/Guitarist both in our thirties.

The room comes with a separate bathroom containing a toilet and sink on the same floor.

The main bathroom with shower and bath are on the second floor, the property al kitchen/living room and a garden.

We are looking for a professional to share our home. Our raving days are mostly over apart from the odd music festival, night out but at home we appreciate a more relaxed and quieter vibe - being creative, reading, cooking etc We are looking for some one on the same page.

Mostly tidy and clean but we also want someone who does not mind the odd plate/bowl not being washed from dinner the night before.
