The room is on the first floor(rear) of a shared house and is furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and seating area plus it's own sink, fridge and microwave. It also has shared access to two shower rooms and a communal kitchen that contains two cookers, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing up facilities. On street parking is available with a parking permit.

The household consists of mature men who have been residents for a number of years. The rent includes most bills except electricity which the tenant is responsible for via a meter in their room.

The house is managed by Lifeboat Lettings and we provide a 24hr contact should you have any problems in the house.

Suitable for a single working tenant. References will be required which will include a credit check to confirm the prospective tenant has a clear credit history (no CCJ's).

The prospective tenant can choose to pay a months rent deposit or a deposit replacement option is available via REPOSIT. Unfortunately the room is not suitable for couples, children or pets.
