One Bedroom with fire place and private bathroom

Good size bedroom with working fire place and a private bathroom.
The house is located 2 min walk from the Harbour, beach and creative quarter of Folkestone. You have access to Kitchen, living room and garden. The room has a bed and some furniture (see pics).
All bills included. Will consider people claiming benefits.

I have a friendly dog and my 11 year old daughter spends 2 nights a week with me. My partner also spends a lot of time in the house.
Being comfortable with these aspects is essential :)

Someone who is happy to muck in to do their share of housework (bins, cleaning etc) would be good. I try to keep on top of general tidying and cleaning but the house is well lived in and not pristine.

I work as an artist and teaching assistant. I work out of the house 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
