No smoking in the house. Bills are included. Except internet. You will have to have your own mobile WiFi. We are looking for an open-minded, easygoing and considerate person. Must be full time working. We do not accept alcohol or drug users. We have two polite and respectful children attending school abroad, therefore, our house is occupied only with two people ( full time working). House is located in central Folkestone.
