There is a large communal lounge with TV, DVD player and separate dining area. The extra large kitchen has all modern appliances and french doors which open up onto our patio-style rear garden.
There is a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet immediately outside the bedroom door shared with one other person, and another bathroom with shower and toilet on the floor above.
We are a three minute walk from the town centre and a 5 minute walk from Folkestone Central train station from which you can get to London St Pancras in under an hour.
We are three friendly professionals (one female, two male) looking for a like minded, tidy individual to share our home. Sorry, no couples.
