Furnished double room in a relaxed, family home available for a Lodger from early May 2017. Rent is inclusive of all bills. Would suit friendly, non-smoking, working person.

The house is a clean, four bedroomed, three-storey mid terrace, situated on a pleasant, tree lined street. It has paved garden to the front and a sunny, small garden with patio area to the rear, which you would be welcome to use to sit in, dry laundry, etc.

The double room is situated on the top floor to the rear of the house house and is furnished with a double bed, large oak wardrobe with drawers and a bedside table. It is next to a home office (the only other room on that floor) where additional desk space can be arranged if required.

The kitchen overlooks the back garden and has a fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The shared bathroom has a large walk in shower as well as a bath. There are two downstairs reception rooms (dining room with log burning stove to the rear and sitting room to front of the property) and you are welcome to use these.

There is ample on-street parking outside the property. It is well situated with buses, local shops, a post office and supermarket all within a short walking distance.

There is easy access by car to the M20 and it is under 5 minutes walk to Folkestone West mainline railway station, with the fast train link to London St Pancras taking just 55 minutes.
