Our lovely home is available from Middle of April and looking for someone to move in quickly. It’s a new build with fabulous water pressure. I’ve had lodgers for many years and made good friends with all of them, some I’ve even gone to their weddings but understand the importance of own space and not invasive. Upstairs is furnished but can also fit a tv and comfy chair if you want to create a relaxed living/sleeping area with lots of natural light. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach and new harbour arm. Close to town also and the old high street which has had a revival in recent years.

You will have own space in the fridge and freezer, plenty of cupboard space. You’ll get your own parking space.

Would suit professional person, who wants to live in a relaxed homely environment.
