Luxuriate in space, with your own private, family sized bathroom exclusively for your use.

I have two double rooms with their own bathroom to let as a single unit in a spacious, comfortable house. You can use one room as a bedroom, and the second as your own private living room or study if you wish.

This is for single occupancy (no couples, please - however, if you do wish to move in with a friend, each room could be let at the cost of £350 a month).

Female students only please as the other two students are female and don't wish to live with males.

Available from 1st March 2021 (if you need to move earlier do get in touch as we might be able to come to an arrangement).

Students only please or those who have just graduated. Council tax is NOT included in the rent as this is a student house, but all other bills are, including water, electricity, gas, broadband, TV licence and Sky Movies. Your rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror, desk, desk chair and chest of drawers. One room has a new bed, and new desk, while the other room has a new desk chair. All the furniture is in good condition.

The house is less than ten minutes' walk to the Medway campuses of Greenwich, Kent and Canterbury Christchurch universities. The existing tenants are international postgraduate mature students, friendly, easy going and welcoming, from Brazil, and Egypt. There is a fully furnished kitchen and living room, on street parking (with a resident's permit) and garden. There is also easy access to Asda Gillingham and to Gillingham train station: an ideal location for students. The house is at the end of a cul de sac so has no passing traffic and is very quiet.

The kitchen comes with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. There are two fridges and a large freezer. There is ample cupboard space.

I am an experienced live out landlord. The house has a current electrical safety certificate and a current gas safety certificate.
