Family Home Looking For Lodger

I have my family home which is situated in Gillingham, Kent, very close to local shops, bus routes (bus stop right on the front door step), train station nearby , parks etc.

I am a live in landlord who has a 14 year old son (who lives with his Mum) but stays with me some week days / weekends and some holidays.

The house is very open with a large sitting room with comfy sofas and a HD TV / Blu-ray player and access to Virgin Media TV and super fast fibre broadband throughout the house.

Netflix, Amazon Prime, Now TV and so much more available on the living room HD TV.

There is an open plan dining room and kitchen with great facilities and cupboard space for all, breakfast bar and dining table as well as an out-house laundry room which has a spare fridge & freezer, cupboards and a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

There is a shared bathroom with nice nice bath tub with mixer tap and a overhead shower.

My son has his own double bedroom.

There is a new house cat living in the house.

I have available a nicely decorated and clean double room which includes a double bed / memory foam mattress and bedding, side tables, tall chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV unit and desk with chair.

There is a 50" 4K Smart TV & 4K Blu-ray Player in the room (You'll need to subscribe with your own account).

Ideal for either a working professional or a student

There is gas central heating throughout the property as well as access to a fair sized back garden with patio and available permit free parking on the side street to the property.

This is my family home, so warm and welcoming and a safe place.

Security by Ring Doorbell & Camera, as well as Hive Active Thermostat Heating and Alexa by Amazon in the lounge.
