Lovely double room in Hempstead, Gillingham. Fresh Bedding and towels provided and changed.

There will only be 2 people in the house during the week - you and the other lodger.

It is a Mon- Fri agreement or we can offer Sun- Fri if needed. This will suit people working away that go home at weekends.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers with small Tv. Also a table & chair for laptop etc. There is hanging and storage space in a large cupboard.

There is a shared lounge with large TV, dining area, kitchen and bathroom.

The newly decorated house has high speed broadband and is in an attractive, well transport linked area. It is a short walk to Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre with its many shops and restaurants.

Payments are in advance and can be weekly (£115) 4 weekly (£460) or calendar monthly (£490).

The house is in Hempstead, Gillingham and has a very pleasant outlook with easy access to the M2/M20. Hempstead is 10 mins drive to Chatham, 15 mins to Rochester, 20 mins to Sittingbourne. The nearest stations are Gillingham or Rainham and 5 miles away. BAE, Phinia, Kent Science Park, Medway Maritime Hospital, Kent University, and Gillingham Business Park are all within this area.
