Please note this is a female only property. The current tenants are all very friendly and nice and we are looking for a new like minded female to join the house. We will consider Ph. D students or M. Sc students. We are Members of the National Landlords association. All rooms have mains wired smoke detectors and fire doors fitted. Your safety is paramount to us. We treat all our tenants how we would want to be treated and keep our properties to a high standard, so that we would be happy to live in them. All we ask in return is that you look after our properties, and respect the high standard of home that we have provided. We do not allow smoking in the house, but the garden is lovely and you can smoke outside in the garden. The house mates are all working professionals or nurses.
