**THE HOUSE**

This 26 room private halls of residence is set just off the river Medway within a short walk to the University of Greenwich and the University of Kent. Rooms are equipped with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit, pin board, desk with chair, table lamp, en-suite shower room and modern fitted, fully-equipped kitchen. All rooms are fully double glazed with central heating.
Your safety is paramount so the house has an on-site caretaker, reception, key fob entry and CCTV, with access to on-site management Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Ensuring your time at compass house is not only enjoyable but also safe and secure.

**SERVICE & AMENITIES**

BILLS ARE ALL INCLUSIVE (Electricity, Gas, Water, super-fast WiFi) There are several communal areas to unwind and relax in with your friends and also communal gardens with seating to enjoy the sun. Within the building there are coin operated There is a regular cleaning service for all of the shared areas.

Unlike many lettings agents, we are straightforward with our fees, so you know exactly how much your move will cost.

We charge a one off administration fee of £250 and a check-out charge of £50 which covers absolutely everything. Your only other outgoings will be rent and deposit.
