I've recently bought a flat and have a spare room I want to start renting out. The room is furnished with a king bed and mattress it also has a private bathroom with a shower & bath in it.
The flat over-looks the River and is generally a beautiful place to be. Very quiet with stunning views in ample space.
Short walk to the station so is perfect for a commuter - 12 mins to Stratford Intl and 22 to Kings Cross St Pancras. Asda and Lidl both a walk away. Great pubs and restaurants on the road too.

May even see a Beluga Whale if you're lucky...
