I am renting a double bedroom furnished or unfurnished depending on the needs of the lodger. The 2 bedroom flat just a 6 mins walk away from Gravesend Station connecting to London Charing Cross and Kings Cross Station in 24 minutes.

Whilst I live in the property, I do spend time away due to work and family commitments. I work 7 days shift rota. I am a professional, clean and tidy, enjoy working on my projects, sociable but respectful of others and would like to find someone with similar interests/ values to share the flat with.

The flat has two bathrooms; You will have your own bathroom and you will also use the storage facilities to store clothes as per the picture. We will both ensure the flat is cleaned as when necessary. Looking for a similar male/female professional who is clean and respectable.

Bills included (water, electric WIFI building charges and council tax) and I have a fridge, freezer, washing machine and full high speed broadband
