Quiet Double room, with 95% own bathroom.

I potentially have a nice double room to rent in very nice 3 bed 2 bathroom flat in Groimbridge.
All bills included.
I am not really eating a fkatsgaree or housemate, just someone that wants their own space and a nice bright room. Bathroom almost all yours, I use it occasionally, as it's bigger than my ensuite!
Use of washing machine available. U r welcome to use kitchen but I rarely cook and can't stand cooking smells particularly as lounge is open plan in kitchen area happy for you to have microwave or whatever in your room. Happy to negotiate what you want with the right person. And give more info. Have not added photos of room as unsure if u would want furnished or not. Nice quiet area, parking available on road kn small village. Give me a shout if you are interested. I will take some photos of the room empty. Currently has sofa bed, but happy to buy a new bed if u require that. Very bright room on top floor of very quiet, private renovated apartment block (think was a former pub).
I run a small charity in wralden and am out alot but when here this is my bolt hole and just like to chill really.
