Room available to rent in a lovely warm family home, in the Hayes area of Bromley Kent. We are near Hayes Station with trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charring Cross. Bromley town centre is a short bus ride away and trains from there go to many destinations including London Victoria. We also have plenty of local amenities in Hayes. I have two sons living at home aged 18 and 27. The rent would include use of the washing machine, TV, broadband and household bills. We are out at work/school on most weekdays and generally out and about at weekends, though usually home in the evenings. An early to bed/early riser would best suit family routine on weekdays. The room would best suit a single professional person but all applicants will be considered.
