2 room available in a family property

The property is just outside of Hythe and is in easy reach of local towns, seafront, canal, M20 and trains (including the fast train to London). I have a grown up son who frequently stays at the property. I have two generous sized rooms available with double beds but both are for single occupancy only. This would be ideal for two friends who wish to share living space but benefit from having their own bedrooms; but is also suitable for individuals. The rooms benefit from having a shared shower room which is separate from the owner's and there is also a lounge with a snack area - again separate to the owners. The main kitchen will be shared. I have a small dog who is not allowed into the rented areas - which are all upstairs. There is a large tiered garden and an allocated parking space on the driveway.

I am looking to share with professional individuals who would be respectful of the property and keep their areas clean and tidy. Bills are included on a fair use basis.
