We politely ask that the living room is not used. However, we have a large garden which can be enjoyed at your leisure.

We would suit someone who wants a clean & reliable setting short term. Long term would be considered after an initial short term agreement (2-3months)
Our children are well behaved & are accustomed to respecting the personal space of a lodger.
We would not suit someone looking for lots of company or people to go out and socialise with.
